Good is great and pleasant service

This place is constantly great. The restaurant needs a good remodel. Sadly people try to gauge restaurants BOH cleanliness by the condition of the restrooms. I know it's a myth. Most of the time wait staff and bussers are responsible for the restrooms appearance. Chefs as well as cooks are often very proud of their clean kitchen. However I was in restaurants for 30 years, and rarely will any kitchen sparkle while in operation. You are probably slot tougher than you know. Lol. I like this place. Food is great service is ok. I could do without all the tattoos and piercings. I mean feel free to get tattoos and piercings but don't expect to make an fat top on me unless you at least look professional.

We love hibachi! Fuji's chefs do not disappoint. Ours was entertaining & skilled. The meat & fried rice were perfect. The vegetables were made with a sweet sauce that I did not like & I had to send my iced tea back in exchange for a soda because the water made it taste dirty. But even with those 2 imperfections, our visit was perfect!

Great to be able to eat at Fujis after beign closed for the Wu Han virus. Staff is great like always, so are the new team members.

Sadly, Fuji continues it's downward slide Salad: iceburg, and only iceburg. Teriyaki beef: about 3 Oz's. Miso mud. California Mayo rolls. Bleh.

I love the food and it's always been great but portions are continuously getting smaller while the prices stay the same. A restaurant's bathroom can tell you a lot about their level of overall cleanliness and they are severely lacking in it. The men's restroom needs attention badly from a bolt being the handle to turn water on, no paper towels or a roll of paper towel sitting on the sink instead of buying the correct towels for the dispenser, fixtures need replaced, holes in the walls need fixed, and it seems the floors get mopped with the same dirty water from a month ago. There is no way it gets cleaned daily to be that sticky, however, the carpet throughout the building seems dirty and sticky so that could be a big contributor. I'd honestly hate to see this place with better lighting.

Hibachi experience is always good. Good hibachi food. Mediocre sushi. Staff is always friendly and prompt. Restaurant itself could use some updates. Carpet is sticky from years of use. Takes away from overall experience.

We reslly enjoy this place! The food is good and nice portions. Kids love the chefs and the fire.

Very comforting atmosphere. Went in for lunch and had a good time. The food was delicious. Sat in the hibachi area. The chef was nice and communicated with us also. The service was great. Will definitely return

Normally a great place to eat. In the last several months many of the staff se to be leaving and the quality and attention has gradually dropped to the point this is no longer our favorite place to eat in town. I had the worst expierence ever this last time. The cook had no idea how to cook seafood or vegetables. I should have requested my money but as it was edible I did eat the majority of it. Steak my girlfriend got was good at least.

Destiny is an excellent server that was working her tail off to ensure that all her tables received great service for great food. Even though I reside in the NW part of the state, I'll make it an effort to visit here more often.

Clean, beautifully decorated, friendly attentive staff and good food. Drinks are kinda pricey for the strength of the drink and no happy hour

Fuji is my favorite hibachi steakhouse. I've eaten at a few different Fuji locations; all very good. There is just a different flavor about their hibachi than all of the other hibachi restaurants. Very good sushi and THE BEST yum-yum sauce. I LOVE the little crispy shrimp- flavored appetizers that they bring while you're waiting on your food. Sooooo yummy. We love this place and visit often.

First time there, service was great, food was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit.

Hit or miss. Been here about 6 different times and the first was the best and recently it hasn't lived up to a 5 star review. Heavy handed with salt on the hibachi. There is no difference between lunch and dinner portions so if at lunch, save the money and order from that menu. Family friendly. Special occasion. The sushi was good, however, there are other favorites around town if you are looking for a stellar experience. The waiters are attentive and kind.

Hibachi is always good and the fried rice is as well, but the food from the regular menu and the sushi are mediocre at best. The sushi was extremely fishy like it had been left out for too long.

Food was good but expensive with my party of 6. Tons of food. Should have shared. Chef's put on a great show.

Blandest food I've ever had. The meats werent seasoned at all. Udon "stir-fry" was soupy and noodles were soggy and overcooked. They boil the noodles before stir frying them... I asked for extra spicy ramen and it still had no flavor. Mushrooms were overcooked too. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

We love Fuji’s. The food is awesome and I love the hibachi chef’s. We were so happy with our experience as we were walking out and then the girl at the front desk said have a good night thanks for coming. After we turned around this girl gives a dirty look to us. The service is terrible. I don’t know who the girl was but she had nose piercings

My family LOVES Fugi! No complaints at all. Food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The atmosphere cna be how you want it. Formal or not. It can definitely go from casual to formal with little effort. Definitely recommend.

Seems like all the Japanese Hibachi restaurants have dropped in quality over the years. I remember they used to include more ingredients with the rice and salads, now everything is just plain Jane. The steak & chicken used to be really tender and now they're both kinda tough and dry. Maybe they're all trying to cut back costs, who knows. My wife enjoys the experiences so that is why we still go, otherwise I'd clearly choose somewhere else.

Not what it used to be. But the service was good, food was good, price about the same, but the magic was gone

My husband and I ordered food from here for the first time tonight. We were pretty disappointed. I got two sushi rolls and my husband got an entree. His entree was missing both the soup and salad that was supposed to come with it. One of my sushi rolls didn't come with spicy mayo like it was supposed to. The only reason I know this is because I'm gluten intolerant and am now sick from whatever sauce they did decide to put on it. I ordered my food carefully since I become sick from consuming gluten, but my order was messed up and I am now sick. My other roll was missing the caviar that was supposed to come on it. Not sure if we'll ever order food from here again.

One of our favorite spots in Conway. Looking forward to getting back to our weekly routine of great food!

We visit frequently. This last experience was hands down the best! We sat at the bar to eat and had the best service we've had in 10 years!! The food is ALWAYS delicious!

Its a festive place to eat.

Went there with my sister and it wasn’t busy at all. There was no wait to be seated and food took no time at all! We were practically the only people in the restaurant so the food was amazing! But the server was horrible. We received no greeting from her and she stopped by to take the drinks and bring the check. Caitlyn was rude, barely ever came by the table, didn’t bring a single refill and ruined the experience. I loved my chef and the food was excellent portions. The chicken and rice was so delicious! Other than the server, our experience was great! Do not ask for Caitlyn!

Amazing sushi, lots of choices on the menu. Also has a hibachi grill menu and a "sit by the grill" kind of setup. Good aesthetic and great service. Also a pretty decent drink menu.

Great food, great service! Went for the first time this evening and loved it. Our server Olivia was great! Our food was great! The atmosphere was excellent!

I love this place. I try to go every time I visit family here. The wait staff and hibachi cooks are fabulous. I usually take 7-11 people there. We have so much fun.

I just love this place greatest sushi I've had around the Conway area. Usually when my wife and I go we ring up a good little bill but definitely worth the money, and we always have leftovers. Just a FYI, the picture with the rice is a Thai pineapple shrimp fried rice... It is served inside of a pineapple and is very delicious!!!

Used to be awesome. Its gone downhill. Last time I ate there was the searcy location and it's not so great anymore either. Lackluster show and inconsistent food. Better training is needed I think.

My sushi was FIRE🔥 (pun intended). They literally lit my roll on fire! It was either called firecracker or wildfire. I was insanely hungry coming in and I thought one roll couldn't make me full but the hostess assured me it would. And sure enough she was right. ONE is all you need (at least the one I ordered). Super delicious. My friend loved hers too. The whole experience was great. Staff there are the sweetest people.

I went here with family. Very pricing for dinner but for lunch its about $10 a person.

Serving sizes and quality of food matches the menu prices. The food is always good here. The wait staff is okay but I have never been extremely pleased with it.
